Dr. Christoph Schemionek is the head of the German Business Delegation in Washington, D.C., and serves as President and CEO of the Representative of German Industry and Trade. He heads the central liaison office of the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) in the U.S. Christoph Schemionek holds a Ph.D. in economic geography and completed his doctoral studies at the University of Würzburg.
